Friends Together Learning Journey Book. This open-ended A3 journal has a cover beautifully illustrated by Oliver Moore and Stephanie Morley. All children have rights, no matter who they are, where they live, what language they speak, what religion they are, what gender they are, what their culture is, what disability they have or what their socio-economic background is.
The purpose of this journal is to capture the inclusive learning experiences that happen within your service and to celebrate and recognise this diversity. The Friends Together Journal includes a world map you can use to identify where children and families come from across the globe.
You can highlight the areas with stickers if you wish. The blank pages can be used to document the activities that take place within your setting. The Aistear themes and goals are available on the inside cover page so the Early Years Educator can make the connections.
