Parent Feedback Surveys can seem daunting for Early Years Services! However, it is important to remember that the information collected can be very useful and worthwhile. It can show evidence of parent feedback and involvement with your service. In addition, it allows you to measure your ongoing quality improvement and service delivery!
Our Early Years Resource Factory Parent Feedback Survey is a fully editable online response form services can send to families of children attending a service. The survey can be edited for your own requirements. As parents submit their responses, you can download them from the Survey Dashboard in a convenient Excel spreadsheet. The information gathered can then be used for future planning, quality improvement and goal setting.
If you are not an EYRF member, you can purchase access to create one Parent Survey which will give you one month to collect responses (EYRF members can create as many surveys throughout the year as needed for no additional cost).
