The roll book is fully compliant with the requirements of The Childcare Act 1991 (Early Years Services) and fulfills the three functions required: roll call, Child Sign-In and Sign out by an adult and Staff Sign-In and Sign-Out. The roll book includes a space for records for up to 23 children including date of birth, start date, finish date, 2 parent/guardian names, 2 authorised collector names and 2 emergency contacts. Get Ready for September: Visitor Book
Regulations require your service to have a Visitor Record, under the Child Care Act 1991 (Early Years Services) Regulations 2016 and the Child Care Act 2018 (Early Years Services) (Registration of School Age Services) Regulations 2018. This register must include the date, the person's name, the person's contact number, the reason for entry to the premises, the name of the person who approved access and the check in and check out time. This Visitor book allows for all of the above criteria and allows for 20 entries per page. There is a total of 100 pages in the book.

Staff members must keep a record each time they administer medication using an ‘Administration of Medication Consent Form’. The Medicine Record Book meets regulation requirements, ensuring compliance in the event of an inspection. Each book includes 100 records and each record can be removed to be placed on the child’s file. The book is in A4 portrait size and features the 3 key areas; Consent, Record of Medicine Given and Outcome Record.

Get Ready for September: Accident and Incident Book
The Accident and Incident Book conforms to the new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) with a confidentiality clause on each form. This bumper-size book has the capacity for 50 Reports. Each report is in triplicate so three copies are created when the form is filled in. This allows for a copy to remain on the child's file, a copy to be given to the parents and the third copy remains in the book.
