CHILDREN’S REGISTRATION PACK – TIPS

Ensure all areas are completed and review the information at least annually to ensure up to date.

Not having the Immunisation Information completed is non compliant under Childcare (Preschool) Regulations 2016.

The registration form should be stored confidentially in the child’s file and be accessible to the child’s key workers.

Any children with allergies should be identified and details, along with their photo, displayed in the child’s room.
