“Introduction to Play Therapy” with Sarah Rush

Children with a broad spectrum of emotional and behavioural challenges can receive assistance through the means of Play Therapy.

Sarah Rush, an experienced Play Therapist, will lead a 2-hour workshop aimed at introducing attendees to the principles, types, and use of Play Therapy, with a focus on Non-Directive Play Therapy. The workshop will also cover empathic responding and understanding and working with children’s play themes, which are skills that can be used to emotionally support young children in the Early Years Setting.
