New Access and Inclusion Pack

Many Early Years providers have been asking us for help with the paperwork relating to the government-funded Access and Inclusion Model (AIM). Most of the queries we've gotten have been specifically to do with some guidance in handling employment of staff.

Our new Inclusion Pack will give you some excellent policies and templates to work from:

  • Inclusion Policy (incorporating Equality & Diversity)
  • Intimate Care Policy
  • Key Person Policy
  • IEP - Individual Education Programme-Form
  • Job Description- Early Years Practitioner: (AIM: Level 7 Support)
  • Job Description- Early Years Practitioner (AIM: Specific Medical Needs)
  • Job Description- Inclusion Coordinator (LINC Programme)
  • Contract of Employment - Specified Purpose Contract to cover the specific work related to an AIM funded child
