Recruitment Compliance Stamp is the latest product offering from Canavan Byrne and are now available to purchase on the Early Years Shop. These stamps have been created specifically for early years services to ensure compliance during the recruitment process.
These Stamps allows managers to show certain steps within the recruitment process have been checked correctly and marked off as completed. There are 2 stamps that can be purchased both individually or as a bundle;
Stamp 1: Sighted Original Document
When recruiting new members of staff services must ensure that original identification has been seen and checked before a copy is made and put on file. Once this process is completed, you need to note it. With our stamp services can now simply stamp ‘Sighted Original Document’ as a confirmation that the originals have been seen and checked. Once stamped it is important to initial and date to ensure it is clear who carried out this part of the process.
Stamp 2: CV Checked for Gaps
An important part of the recruitment process is ensuring that gaps in potential employees’ CV’s are checked. Our new stamp will allow services to make that process more efficient by simply stamping ‘CV Checked for Gaps’ on each CV so that it is clear that this task was carried out during the recruitment process. Once stamped it is important to initial and date to ensure it is clear who carried out this part of the process.
