Early in the school year, it's a good idea to review your documentation and paperwork. There are two very important aspects to this: One, that your service is ready should you get a visit from inspectors, and, Two, that you are not vulnerable to legal issues if various circumstances arise. The third and also important reason to have comprehensive documentation and record-keeping is that it gives you an unambiguous reference for all agreements, policies etc. within your service.
