The Early Years Resource Factory has been specifically designed to assist early years services. Membership gives services instant access to an array of posters, printables, logs and records that are required for various rooms in a service.
It also gives services access to hundreds of activities from a library of “curriculum ideas” that can be used to respond to children’s needs in a spontaneous inquiry -based manner. Each activity is linked to Aistear, Síolta and Montessori learning and includes printable observation sheets.
The Early Years Sector is one of the most regulated sectors in the country. Early Years Services are required to navigate through mountains of paperwork required by various agencies. This is in addition to the primary function of caring for the children attending an early years service!
