The first bundle available is the Social Distancing Special Outdoor Bundle. This is suitable for services who need to mark out their area to allow for social distancing as well as informing parents not to congregate. It includes a Rigid Foot Stencil, 6 x Spray Paint Primer White, 6 x Fluorescent Spray Paint (choice of colour) and 1 x A1 Laminated No Congregating Poster. This will allow you to clearly mark your area in bright and colourful markings that will get your message across as well as keeping it child friendly!
In addition, you have the option to purchase a Snap Frame or an A1 Stand to keep your poster secure for either hanging on a wall/fence or standing it outside your building. This is a great option to ensure that your poster is well seen and can be observed well by parents.
Are You Ready - Hygiene and Safety Special Indoor Bundle
If you need to update or simply refresh your indoor area we have a super Hygiene and Safety Special Indoor Bundle available. This bundle allows services to clearly mark and display indoor areas so that staff/visitors adhere to COVID-19 hygiene and physical distance measures. The offer includes a choice of 6 hygiene posters and a choice of 6 colourful indoor floor stickers for marking social distancing. Indoor arrows are an optional extra. All of the posters are A3 in size and are laminated to keep them tidy and to allow for spraying them with antibacterial cleaner if need be!
The floor stickers included are easy to apply adhesive stickers and are perfect for use in all Early Years Services. Using bright colours and child-friendly graphics these stickers will engage the children and help them with social distancing. Each sticker measures 300mm in diameter. You can choose between ‘Funny Feet’ footprint pattern or a graphic with arrows and “2 metres” text.
Personal hygiene and respiratory etiquette is one of the most important ways for services to keep the virus out of the service. The Tusla Guidance Document for Early Years Services states ‘children should be taught the required steps for handwashing and respiratory etiquette appropriate to their stage of development‘. Children need to be taught and constantly reminded to wash their hands or to blow their nose. It is also important that staff/visitors know and understand the correct way for hand washing.
