Parent’s Pack

Description

Parent's Pack was created by Canavan Byrne to support parents. It is important to give all the relevant information to parents when a new child starts at your service. Getting parents to sign a contract is an important part of the beginning of your partnership.  The Parent's Pack will get you on the right track from the start by setting out all those important terms and conditions and your code of conduct for parents to follow

Parental feedback will form a bigger part in the new Tusla inspection process when services become registered under the new Registration Model. Getting feedback and acting upon it will support this development. So we have included a Parent Exit Survey

Parent Exit Survey-Children leave a service for many reasons, including moving house, going to school etc. and using this survey routinely when a child leaves will give you an overview of what they thought of your service and why the child left and give you an opportunity review your service going forward.
