There are 3 versions of the document available – Full Day Care, Sessional and Stand-Alone After School Service. Please ensure that you order and use the correct one for your service. What does the Health & Safety Statement Pack include?

  • The Safety Statement which you can edit and adjust to suit your service requirements. This includes some key policies that are required.
  • A full Risk Assessment Template that should be completed, at least annually. This is Appendix I and II and should be edited to suit your own service requirements as you complete the risk assessment.
  • Daily Risk Checks are provided as Appendices and should be completed daily.
  • The document also provides a range of other risk assessments and records that can be used to enhance safety and ensure compliance.
  • Guidance Document on how you should complete your Health & Safety Statement.
