Policies for your Service are regularly updated based on recent inspections that combine the requirements under the Child Care Act 1991 [Early Years Services] Regulations 2016.

Do you know that you have to record the position, colour and breathing pattern of the sleeping child? Does your enrollment form record details of any special/additional needs? Do you have a written agreement with parents / guardians?

Be prepared for your inspection! We will continue to keep ahead of new developments to help you be compliant. Remember to keep a close eye on how records are completed within your service. They should be accurate, fully completed and updated regularly.
